Long before I was leading design teams, I was figuring out how things fit together using cardboard, Brio tracks, Legos, and always a lot of imagination. Today, that same curiosity drives my work.
I believe the best designers and leaders are shaped by the world around them. My perspective is fueled by a life balanced with music, fine-art photography, travel, and a deeply grounded personal faith. I build products for real people by bringing my whole self to the process.
